As an award winning manager for leadership practices, Connie has worked extensively with employees to identify and realize their career goals. She excels at mentoring people at all levels, from those newly entering the workforce, to those seeking senior executive promotions, helping to write resumes, interpret job advertisements, and to identify their career ambitions.
As a Professional Career Coach, Connie has successfully worked with numerous clients to create professional cover letters and resumes, and to develop strong interview skills. These include such fields as RCMP applicant interviews, RCMP executive level promotions, education, medical, finance, etc. As well, Connie has helped clients realize their career dreams by helping them focus on their goals, identifying the steps required to reach those goals, and to move their dreams into action.
